I offer multi-level studio group classes, online dance classes, private lessons in my home studio in Kailua Kona, as well as mobile bellydance classes and playshops for special events.

Bellydance FUNdamentals at Kona Dance & Performing Arts

Explore the feminine art of bellydance with it’s dynamic isolations, intricate layers, and explosive shimmies in this multi-level, 6-week class series at Kona Dance & Performing Arts in Kealakekua on Tuesdays, Nov 8–Dec 13, from 6:15–7:15 pm.

November 8th: Circles, Spirals, Figure 8s
November 15th: Lifts, Drops, Slides
November 22nd: Undulations, Sways, Rolls
November 29th: Twists, Tilts, Tucks
December 6th: Shimmies, Vibrations, Flutters
December 13th: Traveling Steps, Turns, Spins

This series is low-impact/high-core and suitable for teens and adults of all ages, body types, and levels.

All 6 classes: $100 prepaid by November 8th
Drop ins: $20 per class – Cash / Venmo / Paypal

Having a woman’s retreat, a corporate workshop, or special event? Have you considered offering a bellydancing class or playshop to break things up and spice up your event? Bellydance is a wonderful form of exercise for women of all ages and body types, and it is the perfect anecdote to a long day of intensive study in other modalities. 

I love teaching mobile bellydance classes! I can teach both small and large groups of women at all levels and in just about any space. I bring the music and the props so that you can relax and join the fun, too!

I have taught mobile bellydance classes at breastfeeding and natural parenting conferences, full moon drum circles, birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, dance parties, horseback riding retreats, and at an Isreali and Palestinian peace summit among other events.
